Good product, rating spoiled by hopeless packaging By: Scotty, on June 26, 2018 Pros: Cons: "The Yale lock is good: straightforward to fit with basic hand tools, and reasonably easy to adjust even on an awkward frame profile. Delivery was among the worst I've had from any vendor, ever. Sent out in the manufacturer's lightweight box with only an address label stuck on, the box was crushed and had burst open when it arrived. Fortunately nothing was missing, but by chance rather than through quality of packaging. Not at all impressed with the service. |
