Ordered XW/99, but other model arrived.Wasn't really bothered, but phoned Sealey and spoke to Richard in sales,and he sent me the wire wheel that I wanted, free of charge and first class post. And it wasn't even their error, but a dealer. Superb grinder, solidly built and quiet. Best of all, how refreshing to deal with a company like Sealey and their staff who still regard the customer as important. Very happy, and will certainly deal with them again. |
