Traffic wand By: Mark Stevenson, on May 6, 2012 Pros: Cons: "Our force still issue Maglight torches and the accompanying "parking cone" sized traffic wand. I purchased this along with the LED Lenser frogman, which doubles as a dive torch and large Duty torch, and cannot fault it. Sufficient light escapes the end of the cone for use as a torch and the wand is apartionally bright.
