The small size of the torch belies its performance. Full power is 170 lumens and in use it is like a small searchlight. It is slightly too large for use on a key ring but is small enough to fit easily into any pocket or handbag. It uses one CR123 battery which can be purchased on Amazon for under ?2.00 G.B.P. which is not expensive. I cannot comment on how long a battery lasts, I have not had it long enough.
