The problem is that you get four small round glass lenses, which you have to manually insert the lens holder, which then fits over your light / torch. Getting glass discs into the holder is very fiddly. I broke one as they are very fragile (resulting in glass splinters in my finger!) I tried lubing the holder and the discs but still no joy.
