On the lowest level pegging up laundry is easy, even for the shorter ones amongst us, but then wind the handle up and it raises the airer significantly to catch any available wind. That's a real boon in small enclosed gardens when there isn't a lot of breeze. There are good hanger loops at the end of each arm which have never failed to keep the hanger secure, even in very windy conditions. This is quite expensive, but the benefits make it extremely worthwhile. |
