Disappointing Earlex Cleaning Kit By: Mrs H M Smith, on October 29, 2013 Pros: Cons: "The steaming tools are flimsy and keep coming off when in use. The plastic extension lead cracked when used first. The steaming pad unravelled.. I have already complained to Earlex and they were very good in sending the replacement by return. However, the second extension lead cracked, too. ( I haven't complained about that one yet). I have used the appliance as per instructions and I am very disappointed.
