It is bigger than the seat both in width and height, but this is a good thing as we can tuck the cover under the legs of the seat to keep them dry. It seems well constructed, and we have not had any of the zip or tear problems reported by others - need to be careful with the zip as it can easily catch and stick and maybe this is the cause of some others problems, but once aware of this should be OK if go carefully.
