The first purchase worked fine until after about two months it started ticking continually and when trying to rectify the problem the chime wouldn't stop ringing and the melody change function was unavailable. The manufacturer (not the retailer) replied promptly to my inquiry assuring me the problem was low batteries, which it was. Why would new batteries run out so quickly? I would have awarded five... |
