Excellent purchase By: Shaun McDonagh, on December 17, 2018 Pros: Cons: "Needed a 24mm spanner britool quality |

Okay By: Adam Russell, on November 25, 2018 Pros: Cons: "If you are familiar with the original Brirtish made Britool products, you may be a little disappointed with the quality of this spanner which was probably made in somewhere like Taiwan. Sadly the days of superb quality British made tools is largely over. Nevertheless, this is not a badly made item and should last fairly well. |

Top quality gear By: G. N. Farnell, on November 11, 2018 Pros: Cons: "Britool are one of the best spanners on the market, I've used these for fifty years been a mechanic, hard wearing and long lasting, I'm still using the tools I bought as a fifteen year old! This was for leaving with my wife for her work and know it will give her no problems |

Ok By: David Elkins, on September 5, 2018 Pros: Cons: "I use hand tools every day by trade and usually use the snap on/ Mac vans, I was missing two of these spanners and thought I’d try here rather than changing the set. They are exact same spanners, type and look but when in the tray next to the other originals, it is obvious they are a cheap spanner with the same print. They hold up and do the job but they are not the same. Not too bothered as the price was cheap anyway so I would say they are still worth the price, just not what I expected |

Ah the way we where By: Amazon Customer, on July 25, 2016 Pros: Cons: "Yes, good old english tool company, then snap-on came on the scene, we forget that these tools where rather chunky and nothing like as balanced and fine as "our" Britool tools. the American company soon caught on to our slimmer spanners etc., they would have too, if they where to get into the tighter spaces on english cars and alas the rest is history. p.s. I prefered Britool kit but as a footnote Kamassa tools came on the scene and although not of the same quality , where a lot cheaper. |

Adequate By: Big Al Brock, on September 28, 2012 Pros: Cons: "Well I thought Britool was a good brand. Now I find they just bought the name or others bought the fine Britool name. I bought the spanners for my bicycle (odd size). whilst adequate, the finish of these tools is not a patch on the Other Britool spanners and tools in my tool box. Nothing is British anymore. these tools can't have "Made in England" or Great Britain stampped on them. I wish I had known. I would have bought a cheep Silverline or unbranded tool next time. Why pay a premium? |
