Brilliant bit of kit By: P. Ellis, on May 18, 2017 Pros: Cons: "Brilliant bit of kit, I've got another bigger more powerful electric chainsaw, but this B&D unit is far better. I've lopped off some quite thick branches with it on apple and plum trees in the garden. It's never failed to cut through the wood, although sometimes the cut is far from clean. Battery lasts long enough to prune our two apple and one plum trees. I do have a spare battery charged up but can't remember ever having a need for it. I tend to use it without the centre pole connected. |

Good Buy By: Gerry, on March 26, 2015 Pros: Cons: "Have managed to significantly lower a good length of Laurel trees over the weekend using this chainsaw and a hedge trimmer. At full length it does take a little longer to saw through some of the more stubborn thicker branches because of the vibration and you obviously have slightly less control due to the full length reach, however, it did do the job with relative ease. Make sure that the screws at the end where the saw is are fully tightened on first use as it didn't appear to saw very well... |
