Good but could be improved By: Keith H, on November 10, 2014 Pros: Cons: "These are excellent secateurs. They are ergonomically designed and so it is worth deciding whether to buy the large (L2) or medium (M2). I would have awarded 5 stars but for the fact that on both pairs that I ordered the locking catch was very stiff. Lubrication did not solve the problem - the only way to lock the blades shut is to exert some pressure when closing them, similarly when opening. Other than that they are very well made. |

Good but no Felco beater. By: rob1902, on January 9, 2014 Pros: Cons: "I bought these for use in my greenhouse. They are not of the same quality as my wife's Felco model 2 secateurs but Bahco also have a more expensive range so perhaps the comparison is not fair. They feel comfortable in the hand and cut cleanly. They have not had prolonged use as yet though. I gave 4 stars, not five, simply because the close latch is fiddly and does not inspire confidence. |
