I have been using this lock for about half a year now and my bike hasn't been stolen so it does it's job very well. It seems to be pretty solid. I also very like that eventhough it's a chain I can still carry it with me in my handbag. You need to remember the code for this chain lock but in there was this small key which you are supposed to save and the number which you cannot change is written on it. Lock broke in 2 days! By: Ali Hassan Alalawi, on October 31, 2015 Pros: Cons: "Complete joke of a chain lock. I should not even say that it is a "lock". Completely snapped just 2 days after usage. Long story short: I went to the gym and locked up my bike and then came back to not finding my bike or the chain lock. Reported it to the police and gym manager and 5 hours later the bike was found inside the services center of the gym with the chain COMPLETELY snapped! I do not even know if someone broke the chain by accident or not but it just shows how weak it is... |
