Good Value for Money By: S. Copeland, on October 11, 2013 Pros: Cons: "I purchased this to work on motorcycles that I restore. Mostly single cylinder air cooled engines. The unit is very handy for testing. My only real criticism is the IC for reading RPM is very erratic. It does not work wit all plug caps on the same engine and the ones it does work with require it to be right next to the spark plug which is difficult to access and gets very hot!! Some plug/lead combinations also cause the unit to lock up. I thought it was a faulty unit but the replacement does the... |
