Not the SEO 3. This SEO 3 is NOT rechargable, and does NOT have a solar panel. The SEO 3 uses 3 normal aaa (triple a) batteries. It can, if you prefer, use rechargeable batteries as well but there is no on board charging facility, so a seperate charger would be needed. This is a fantastic light. Especially for the money.
