Instruction and customer service inadequate By: Amazon Customer, on February 4, 2016 Pros: Cons: "Looks to be a robust item. However I have not managed to try it out because I can't get the thing undone to fill it up!!!! The instructions that comes with the item are inadequate. And on phoning Gardena for help they could not answer my questions. I asked should the whole collar come off for filling or is it just the central piece which the handle is attached to. They didn't know. In any event I couldn't budge it. They also didn't know which way I should be trying to undo it clockwise or anti. So... |
