Replaced a leaking Hasel Hose reel at a fraction of the cost. Good but not as sturdy. By: dasb, on September 30, 2018 Pros: Cons: "60m of hose fits well. Well designed assembly and rotating seal. Handle tends to ‘pop’ off on the last windings but can be clicked back into place; it could be better attached. Wall fastenings hopeless - screws too long for the wall plugs and one sheared off. Using Spax screws is much better. This replaced a Hasel hose reel which was leaking badly, despite being taken in every winter and oiled. Hasel wanted over twice this price just to replace the leaking part. |
