Disintegrated within 2 hours use. By: John Hayford, on August 14, 2018 Pros: Cons: "Issue 1 it did not reach the ensues of my150mm pad, exposing the edges which risks damaging the work surface. Issue 2 The last pad I used lasted around 10 hours before it disintegrated, this one lasted barely 2 hours use. Issue 3 The shine from pad is not as good an the last pad, also from Amazon, just 120mm. The surface is gelcoat. |

I bought these to buff a restored and relaid oak ... By: A. Friedli, on August 19, 2015 Pros: Cons: "I bought these to buff a restored and relaid oak floor after beeswaxing. They work a treat with my Makita 5" random orbital sander (which has a 'hook' base plate for attaching velcro-style discs,) which saved me a lot of elbow grease! They attach firmly and stay in place even on maximum power, and have been robust to the large amount of punishment I've inflicted on them. I've read about similar products not being very durable, but I would rate the pads as very tough. |
