My porch light, so far Has had these batteries since March, possibly before. We are now July And it turns on every night once dark, when there is movement still good strong light. I highly recommend these and always have some on standby. Excellent value for the amount you get. |

However, they came well packaged in two boxes of 10 batteries and with a long expiry date (2022) and I have no reason to suppose they will not be as good as their predecessor, the Duracell Procell. |

If I'm lucky, a BOGOF offer brings the cost down to £5 for 8. These batteries are a fraction of that cost, good shelf date and with a box or two in the back of the cupboard, I've always got a ready supply on hand. They perform well and I've bought these more than once. |

The voltage on the new batteries is 1.60 which is at least as good as I had hoped for and probably indicates a good life. New AA batteries typically have around 1.55V. The packaging is crude but I don't want to pay more for a nice box and shrink wrapped plastic. They took 6 days to arrive |
